At the age of ten Joakim moved to Bali, Indonesia, from his hometown, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to join Greenschool with his siblings where he got a unique schooling experience focused on sustainability. When he is not traveling for work, you will find Joakim back home in nature at his family’s equally unique cob house at Ecovillage in Bali, or pit stopping in Norway. Joakim is half Norwegian, half Khmer, and the second youngest of five siblings, and currently taking high school online. Since his first acting job in ‘Phnom Penh melody’ at the age of nine, Joakim knew he wanted to be a model, an eclectic visionary at that.  His aim is to work with brands that he can identify with as any gender and really explore his creativity.
